(More customer reviews)I'm normally not a 'nit picker', but I suspect I'll sound as such here. This is a near perfect item for me, as I use it 1-5 times a day on average when I make a french press for myself or guests at home.
Pros:
- Simplicity of design
- No risk of it being pulled away for timing other items - as it locks at 4 min countdown
- Alarm at end of countdown is much lighter and less annoying than your average kitchen timer
Cons:
- Once started, cannot be stopped or reset... simply put you have to let run it's course
- I have 3 different sized presses, and this does not truly clip to any of them - the clamp will go around the stem of the press, but you aren't able to really lock it in (just seemed odd to me as in the pic I assumed it would fit nicely
Regardless, I certainly still use it daily, and am glad I have it - hope this helps!
